Touring Spots: Calblanque
The nature reserve of Calblanque is situated on the coast of Murcia between Cabo de palos and Portman comprising of extensive sandy beaches, mountainous rocky scrubland and salt flats. The beach areas comprise of long beaches and calas perfect for traqnquility and natural beauty. The views from some areas of Calblanque are breath-taking and walks through its diverse eco-system can be fascinating. Its convenient location hidden away yet very near unprotected, built-up beach areas along the coast mean it can be a really nice contrast in enjoying the Mediterranean. It is home to a diverse variety of flora and fauna, some endangered whilst mountain biking often takes place among its many paths. |
